- Make purchases of goods upon request from all country / distributors.
- Checking supply chain obtained from supplier to ensure the quantity of goods and deadline term of delivery.
- Negotiate the price to get the best price.
- Complete administrative process of purchasing goods.
- Ensure delivery of goods from local & foreign supplier to ensure the goods are received on time.
- Create reports according to the scope of work performed for analysis needs and performance monitoring by superiors.
- Documenting all work document related to the scope of work done so that all can be achieved neatly and completely.
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management Function.
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 year experience as purchasing staff, logistic staff, buyer
- Basic English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
- Candidate have knowledge of Food & Beverage material
